Payment

Which payment methods does the shop offer?

Shop orders:
Payment by credit card, advance payment (bank transfer/instant transfer) and PayPal are possible.

Manual order (by phone or e-mail):
Payment by credit card and advance payment (bank transfer/instant transfer) are possible. Business customers can purchase on account with a payment period granted (14 calendar days net without deduction).

Is it possible to purchase on account?

Business customers:
Purchase on account is possible. The payment deadline is 14 calendar days net without deduction.

Private customers:
Purchase on account is not possible for end consumers.

How do I pay in advance (bank transfer)?

You will automatically receive the reference number for your bank transfer together with the bank details necessary after submitting your order. You will also find this information on your order confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail. The goods will only be delivered after the full amount has been received in the following account:

Please always state your reference number as the purpose of your transfer, so that we can assign the payment to your order. Missing or incorrect specification of the reference number can lead to a significantly longer processing time for your order.

Will I receive a confirmation when the payment has been received?

A confirmation of receipt of payment will not be sent. As soon as the payment has been received, it will be booked accordingly. Advance payment orders are then prepared for the dispatch of goods.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

A copy of your invoice can be requested from buchhaltung@vw-classicparts.de. Please indicate an order number and/or customer number with your request. This simplifies the processing for us.

Why did I receive a payment reminder?

Despite making a payment or returning an item, you have received a payment reminder/notice. It may happen that the payment reminder/notice overlaps with the payment or return. It can take up to 14 days to review and credit a returned item. As soon as the processing is completed, a credit note with further information will be sent to you. If the bank transfer has already been made, it can take up to five working days for the payment to be received and allocated to us. So that a payment can be assigned quickly, it is important that the order number is specified as the purpose.
