from 2025 our expertise in spare parts will be bundled further in
one Volkswagen Group company.

As of 01.04.2025 Weser-Ems Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH (Volkswagen Classic Parts) will be merged into the legal entity Volkswagen Original Teile Logistik GmbH & Co. KG (OTLG) and the Original Volkswagen Classic Parts business will continue to operate within OTLG from this date. In doing so, we will also deploy the benefits of this collaboration to your advantage.

The integration into existing the OTLG structures requires some changes in both companies in advance. Data exchange is already necessary to prepare for the merger and ensure a smooth transition.

As part of this, we are also exchanging personal data with each other that you have provided and will provide to us for the purposes stated in our data protection information. With regard to this data exchange and any further data processing, we will continue to comply with all data protection requirements and take the highest standards of care and confidentiality as a basis for this work.
