How do I modify my personal information?
First log in using the person symbol in the top navigation menu. Then go to your account. There you will find the option to change your personal information and your access data under the "My Account" navigation point.
I forgot my password. What do I have to do?
If you have forgotten the password for your user account, you can request a new password at any time when logging in as a customer using the "Forgot password" button. The password is automatically sent to your saved e-mail address. This means that for security reasons you should change it afterwards in your customer account under the menu item "Customer information".
What are the advantages of a user account?
The user account enables you to view the status of your current orders, as well as your order history, and lets you repeat orders to save time. You can also create wish lists and manage your personal information. With the help of the billing and delivery addresses you have saved, you can place orders more quickly and conveniently, because you do not have to re-enter your data each time you order. In addition, you can top up your user account with shop credit by redeeming gift vouchers and keep track of the remaining credit in your account at all times. If you already know exactly which item number you need, you will also find the option in your user account to place orders quickly using the item number. You can easily place larger orders from ready-made lists via CSV upload .
