In 2003 the time was right for LED taillights and the Golf Plus was the first Volkswagen with the new bright rear lights. This Golf in compact class came with a higher roof and quickly became a popular vehicle for all generations because of its easy entry and spacious interior. Many storage compartments and a large trunk convinced the buyers and makes the Golf Plus a popular used vehicle to this day.
